During HS, the minimum rental period is 7 days. All prices include VAT. The prices are expressed in EUR and are calculated at the exchange rate of Erste bank on the day of payment of rental price. We offer a 3 % discount for a 14-day Camper rental, and 6 % discount for 21 + days rental.

The prices are valid for a minimum 7 day rental. For rental under 7 days, the prices are increased by 15%. For weekend rental, the mileage is limited to 600 km. Additional km is charged 0,21€.

PAYMENT

– During HS, 30% for reservation and the rest no later than 15 days before the vehicle takeover. During MS and LS, the rest is paid 7 days before vehicle pick-up. In case of cancellation up to 46 days prior to rental, we retain 5% of the amount paid at reservation. In case of cancellation 16-45 days prior to vehicle pick-up, we retain 25% of the amount and for cancellation 7-15 days prior to vehicle pick-up, we retain 50% of the amount paid at reservation.

DEPOSIT

A deposit has to be made when picking up the vehicles in the amount of 800 € which is refunded in full upon the return of an undamaged vehicle. The deposit covers 1% of deducted franchise, loss of bonus from the insurance company, lack of equipment in the vehicle and damage which is not covered by all-risk insurance. In case of minor damages, the returned amount equals deposit minus deductions.

PICKING UP AND RETURNING THE VEHICLE

The vehicles are picked up : on the island of Krk (or on Krk bridge if so agreed) and in Zagreb (Kobiljak, Sesvete between 14h00-17h00), and the vehicles should be returned between 9h00-11h00. In case when the vehicle is picked up or returned on a Sunday, 25,00€ compensation fee is charged. In case the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, compensation fee is charged for tank filling in the amount of 10,00€ , plus the quantity of used fuel. The price of vehicle preparation is 110,00€ which is made as a single payment when picking up the vehicle.

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A LESSOR

In case of Force Majeure, vehicle being non-drivable or unusable, another term is agreed with the Lessee or the entire amount is refunded. AUTO KRK d.o.o. does not assume other responsibilities in regard to such cancellation of reservation.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE

The Lessee agrees to take care of the vehicle, close all windows and lock the vehicle after leaving it. If there is no one in the vehicle, the vehicle documents should not remain inside the vehicle. The vehicle documents should always be with the Lessee.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The rental price includes – mandatory and all-risk insurance insurance, a full tank of fuel, WC chemicals, electricity cable and water hose.
The rental price does not include – fuel (EURODIESEL), tolls, bedding, dishes and kitchen utensils, table and chairs to be used outside the vehicle. The driver must be over 25 years old and must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. All traffic offences committed during the lease are to be borne by the Lessee.
